She is Scooting
After two whole months of not posting I think I am due to write something. (I had problems with the pictures on my camera...I lost 2 months of pictures of her). Well.....Hannah is officially scooting She kind of looks like a catepillar. This morning, I placed an object in front her about a foot and half away from her and just watched to see if she could get it. She did! She used one arm to drag herself over to the object. The object was a miniature pumpkin that I never let her have. Talk about motivation! I guess it is really time to start baby proofinng the house. I absoultely LOVE being a mom to my Hannah. It is wonderful to watch her change and interact with my crazy little girl. She "attacks" me now. By grabbing my hair or ears and opening her mouth really wide and planting it on my chin, cheek, nose or whatever she can get to. I love it though! So far, the words that she signs of knowing are Molly, doggie, Mommy, Daddy, Grana, Elmo, Clap-Clap (followed by her hands clapping).Whenever we say those words she looks directly to it. And the songs that she knows are..."The Chicken Dance", "The Wheels on the Bus", "5 Little Monkeys", Mr. Roger's theme song, "It's a Beuatiful Day in the Neighborhood", I am sure knows more than we think she does. Anyway, this is just to get me back into the blogging game. Pictures will follow soon!
